Particularly when it comes to interior design, individual preferences and unique circumstances play an important role in the purchase decision. Product images such as those on our website can unfortunately only give a limited impression of the actual colour and quality of the product. Want to see the actual product? BRICOFLOR offers a sample service to help you choose the perfect product.
1. Order samples
Select products
Go to any category and click directly on the product you want.
Put the sample in the shopping basket
In the order form on the product page, click the "Order sample" button. A pop-up appears confirming that it has been successfully placed in the shopping basket.
Click here on "Continue shopping", should you want to order even more samples and proceed again as described in the previous steps.
Click the "Add to basket" button when you have finished selecting the samples.
Order samples
Click the "Checkout" button in the top right of the shopping basket. In the checkout, enter all the data necessary to complete the order.
Complete the sample order by clicking on the "Order subject to payment" button.
The nominal fee
To prevent misuse of our sample service, we charge a provisional flat rate fee. You will receive a discount code for the same amount, which will then allow you to redeem the cost of the samples if you decide to place an order with us.

2. Select a product
Look forward to the samples and choose your favourite products!
The samples you have ordered will be sent to you by post in as quick as 3 working days!
Now you only have to choose the right product for you by entering the required quantity on the product page and adding the product to the shopping basket.
Check shopping basket and checkout
Click on the shopping cart icon at the top right at the top of the page and check your order again.
Now click on the "Checkout" button at the bottom right in the "Total amount" field.
3. Redeem the discount code
Redeem the discount code for a sample order from BRICOFLOR
Proceed in the purchase process as usual, in which you enter all the necessary data.
In the "Order overview" field above the total amount, you have the option of entering your personal discount code for the sample order. After entering the information, click on the "Redeem" button. The nominal fee paid is deducted immediately from the total amount.
Have the cost of ordering samples from another company reimbursed
In the event that you have ordered your samples from a retailer other than BRICOFLOR and you decide to place your order with us, we will offer you a reimbursement for the financial expenses incurred.
Contact our customer service - ideally via email - and send us a receipt of the sample order that you placed with another company.
As soon as you buy the relevant product from us and we have received this receipt, we will be able to reimburse you for the costs incurred for the sample order.
4. Order products
Complete the purchase and look forward to the goods
Complete the order by clicking on the "Order with obligation to pay" button.
You will receive the ordered goods in the shortest possible time.
