Thanks to its self-adhesive installation method, this underlay is simple and quick to install. Additional adhesives are not needed. It´s made of 90% natural materials and contains no toxic materials such as plasticizers, solvents, chlorine, or asbestos. When you are installing this product, ensure that you lay the strips end-to-end, film side facing up. You can then easily cut the underlay using a utility knife. An expansion joint of at least 5 mm must also be made around all fixed objects in the room (pipes, door frames, or pillars). Wineo silentPREMIUM is easy to install on subfloors such as linoleum, rubber, PVC, laminate, and parquet. Surfaces such as tiles should be levelled off before installation. Carpets must be removed as well before installation can begin. Each roll is 6.5 m long and 1 m wide, with a thickness of 1.8 mm.
